St. Moritz, 20 January 2009 (IB) – On the ground floor of the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, head chef Alexander Kroll has been spoiling the Tschinè guests for more than a year with his exceptional cuisine: in its striking interior, he combines Swiss specialities with Asian influences. "Rösti meets Lemongrass" is his culinary credo. His fine soups have been particularly well-received by guests, prompting the 34-year-old to create a menu consisting exclusively of soups. He drew his inspiration for "Seven Soups" from the colours of the 5-star establishment’s 60 luxurious Junior Suites and Suites.
